What kind of wax does Black Girl Candle Company use?

We use both a blend of soy, and paraffin wax. We like the natural qualities of the soy and the hot throw (smell when burning) of the paraffin.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Black Girl Candle Company manufactures each candle in house. Our candles are hand poured. Please allow 3-5 days for production. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number and notification.

 

How should I care for my Black Girl Candle Company Candle?

Properly trim the wick after each burn and keep your container free of dust. Do not burn candles for more than 2-3 hours at a time.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Black Girl Candle Company is a North Carolina business and all orders are subject to North Carolina state sales tax.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Can I make changes to my orde Orders are processed when received. To make a change, please call our customer service team at 336-689-7763 as soon as possible, or contact us by email at info@blackgirlcandlecompany.com and please include your order number.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Current processing time before your order ships is 5-7 business days. A RUSH order can be purchased for an additional $25.00 fee.

Custom orders can take up to 7 days to ship, please plan accordingly.

 

Wholesale/Custom Orders?

Black Girl Candle Company would love to help you celebrate your special day by creating a wholesale order or custom scents. Please be advised there is a minimum of 24 candles If a custom scent is needed please email us at info@blackgirlcandlecompany.com .

 

RETURNS and REPLACEMENTS

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, nor give REFUNDS- We will replace a product that is defective or broken in transit. Request for replacement must be sent via email to info@blackgirlcandlecompany.com within 7 days of delivery. Photos of damaged materials and packaging may be requested before replacement is issued

We are unable to accept checks or money orders or cash apps at this time.
